REQUIREMENTS:

Degree in accounting or finance
2+ years in accounting, needs to have a good understanding of the GL

• Perform detailed account analyses and reconciliations, including bank statements, intercompany general ledger accounts, and expense trends.
• Review vendor invoices and accurately post related entries.
• Prepare and execute revenue recognition entries, along with periodic true-up analyses.
• Manage bank deposits and oversee cash applications.
• Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements.
• Support month-end close procedures to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Conduct evaluations of internal controls and contribute to audit fieldwork for operational and financial audits.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with semi-annual payroll processing and employment tax administration.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize accounting systems, with a preference for NetSuite experience.
