Description du poste Nous recherchons un(e) responsable de la comptabilité clients expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe financière à Saint-Ouen l'Aumône, en France. Le(a) candidat(e) retenu(e) sera chargé(e) de superviser tous les aspects de la fonction de gestion des comptes clients, d'assurer le recouvrement des créances dans les délais impartis et de tenir des registres financiers précis. Gérer et diriger l'équipe des comptes clients, en fournissant des conseils et un soutien pour assurer une performance optimale. Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies efficaces pour améliorer les flux de trésorerie et réduire les créances impayées. Superviser l'ensemble du processus de facturation et de recouvrement, y compris la production des factures, le traitement des paiements et les rapprochements de comptes. Analyser les données relatives aux comptes débiteurs afin d'identifier les tendances, de résoudre les divergences et de formuler des recommandations en vue d'améliorer les processus. Collaborer avec d'autres services pour résoudre les problèmes de facturation et les litiges avec les clients. Préparer et présenter des rapports financiers précis et opportuns à la direction générale. Veiller au respect des principes comptables, des politiques de l'entreprise et des réglementations financières pertinentes. Mettre en œuvre et maintenir des contrôles internes pour garantir l'intégrité des données. Optimiser en permanence les processus de gestion des comptes clients afin d'améliorer l'efficacité et la précision. Qualifications Vous êtes titulaire d'un bac +3 en comptabilité, en finance ou dans un domaine connexe ; vous êtes titulaire d'une certification professionnelle en comptabilité (par exemple, CPA). Expérience confirmée dans le domaine des comptes clients ou dans des fonctions financières connexes. Expérience confirmée dans la gestion et le développement d'une équipe de spécialistes des comptes clients. Maîtrise des logiciels de comptabilité (SAP) et compétences avancées en Excel. Solides capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes, avec un grand souci du détail. Excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles, avec la capacité d'interagir efficacement avec les clients, les membres de l'équipe et la direction générale. Connaissance approfondie des processus de gestion des comptes clients, des réglementations financières et des exigences en matière de conformité.
