Job Description As a Finance Executive, you play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and smooth operation of our accounts payable function. You will be responsible for processing supplier invoices and payments in line with company policies, maintaining compliant financial records, and supporting internal control and governance frameworks. What you’ll be doing as a Finance Executive: · Ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices in line with company policies. · Match invoices to the correct legal entity and submit for processing via Medius. · Validate invoice coding, approvals, and supporting documentation prior to posting. · Maintain vendor Master data and manage supplier queries effectively. · Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly. · Support internal and external audits through provision of accounts payable documentation. · Manage the accounts payable inbox by monitoring, prioritizing, and responding to day-to- day enquiries, ensuring timely resolution of invoice and vendor-related matters. · Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable accounting standards. · To act as a backup, assist and perform other ad-hoc tasks within Finance team as and when required. Additional Information · This role is a permanent, full-time role.
