Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings. Review and validate financial statements in compliance with local regulations. Maintain strong internal controls and accounting policies. Manage and mentor accounting teams across multiple regions. Coordinate workflows, priorities, and deadlines. Act as the main point of escalation for accounting-related issues. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements. Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory entities. Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies. Partner with Finance, Operations, HR, and Executive teams. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes.
