This is a front-line, deal-oriented leadership role — you’ll work directly with the CEO to ensure Keycafe always has the right capital structure, strategic relationships, and liquidity pathways to support rapid global expansion. You’ll also help shape Keycafe Labs, our innovation arm, by structuring and capitalizing new opportunities. What You'll Do Lead all capital formation activities — equity, debt, and hybrid financings — from investor targeting to deal close. Build and maintain a deep investor network spanning venture, growth equity, family offices, and strategic partners. Engineer shareholder liquidity through secondary transactions, recapitalizations, or structured liquidity programs. Develop and execute financing strategies aligned with growth, risk management, and corporate flexibility goals.
