They will follow established filing systems and protocols to properly store and manage financial documents. The role involves supporting data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation, as well as contributing to the development and implementation of financial initiatives. The candidate will respond to general finance inquiries, maintain confidentiality of financial and organizational information, assist in coordinating and preparing reports, spreadsheets, and other financial documents.  QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in or has recently completed post-secondary education in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. They will possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). The candidate must be able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Previous experience in an administrative or finance-related role is an asset. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
