Adheres to all standards related to signage labeling and merchandise presentation. Follows the established sorting and stocking guidelines and completes freight processes. Ensures freight sorting area is organized and setup in accordance with guidelines. Scans, investigates, and fills inventory lows and outs daily. Print and Tech Expertise: Works to continually develop personal selling skills and product knowledge through sales and service tools provided which includes successful completion, at minimum, of Tech, Print, and other applicable training. Continued education in these areas is expected, up to and including designated certifications, if required. Sales Techniques: Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices; and supports the company’s loss prevention efforts. Performs other duties as assigned. Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent education preferred. No previous experience required. Must possess basic computer skills and the ability to use computers and technology for information, and to access information necessary to complete the job.
