Maintain contract records, key dates (e.g., expirations), and renewal pipelines via CRM and Smartsheets. Support the Contract Expiration Process by segmenting accounts, setting alerts, and participating in renewal planning. Participate in proposal development, financial proforma creation, and client presentations. Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to ensure contractual obligations are met and value is consistently delivered. Employee Retention & Development Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture among drivers and field personnel.
