Requirements Key Responsibilities: Clean and sanitize food production areas, including floors, walls, equipment, and machinery, in accordance with food safety regulations and company policies. Perform thorough cleaning of production lines, used in the manufacturing process. Perform task to ensure the MSS (Master Sanitation Schedule) is completed in a timely manner. Adhere to all company and regulatory standards, including USDA, FDA, and HACCP guidelines, ensuring all sanitation procedures are consistently followed. Assist in audits and inspections related to sanitation practices and compliance. Participate in training programs to stay updated on sanitation procedures and food safety standards.
