We are seeking a well-rounded leader who is both sales-driven and operationally strong—someone who can grow the business externally while effectively managing and developing a team internally as sales increase. This role requires balancing proactive business development with strong operational discipline—equally comfortable building relationships to drive sales and coaching teams to excellence once those relationships turn into active accounts. The ideal candidate will have previous branch management experience, thrive in a team-first environment, and have a passion for leadership, customer service, and sales/operational excellence. Sales & Customer Growth Responsibilities Sales Ability & Persuasiveness: Promote stocked products, leverage vendor partnerships, and build long-term customer relationships to support branch growth. Actively pursue new business through jobsite visits, contractor outreach, and relationship-building efforts to expand branch revenue. Customer Focus: Understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and maintain strong business relationships across diverse customer types. Work closely with Territory Managers and the Sales team to grow existing accounts and identify new revenue opportunities Customer Experience Oversight: Monitor service levels, resolve escalations, and ensure customers receive an exceptional experience at every touchpoint.
