YOURS RESPOONSABILITIES

• Technical FM Supervisor:
• Supervision of Maintenances and repairs HVAC, M&E in liaise with the handyman
• On site presence for projects and extra works follow-up & supervision
• Responsible for mandatory tech inspections and report
• Building management in liaise with the Property manager
• Landlord’s relation & meetings
• Access system & Security management
• Daily site inspection
• Internal employees requests handling

Workplace Services Coordinator

• Document management: archiving scanning and mailings
• Key and lockers management
• Office supply and Goods
• Inventory control asset & furniture
• Tech tools management
• Purchase order follow-up
• Small project quotations, plans update , moves ,landscaping
• Corporate emailing services Records Management interface services
• FM & Reception Back-up
