Tu Rol Como Representante de Ventas CMC & GM, gestionarás un territorio altamente competitivo, con base en Quito y cobertura periódica en Santo Domingo, desarrollando tu trabajo de manera productiva y orientada a resultados tangibles. Serás responsable de promocionar, informar y comunicar a tus clientes las especificaciones del portafolio, precios y disponibilidad, aplicando técnicas de ventas corporativas y realizando un perfilamiento efectivo del cliente. Comprometerás la prescripción de los médicos a tu cargo mediante la correcta adaptación y ejecución de los planes de mercadeo por marca y canal, asegurando un seguimiento continuo a las inversiones y ejecuciones, así como el análisis oportuno de desviaciones para su corrección. Deberás contar con un conocimiento profundo de tu territorio, capacidad de análisis del entorno competitivo y entendimiento de los planes de acción y motivadores prescriptivos de cada médico. Proporcionarás información precisa y confiable para una adecuada segmentación médica en coordinación con tu Gerente de Distrito y el área de Excelencia Comercial. Cumplirás con los KPIs definidos y el plan de visitas establecido en ambos canales, optimizando el uso de recursos para alcanzar los indicadores de demanda (Ventas, DDD, Rx y Rotación). Adicionalmente, capacitarás a los dependientes de farmacias dentro de tu territorio en temas clave del portafolio, manteniéndote actualizado sobre la situación comercial (competencia, inventarios, fórmulas, convenios, licitaciones, EPS, IPS) a través del contacto permanente con los actores del mercado. Realizarás auto-capacitación continua sobre el portafolio corporativo y desarrollarás análisis, diagnóstico, seguimiento y ejecución de un Plan de Acción de Territorio (T.A.P.) que asegure la correcta ejecución estratégica y el crecimiento del negocio. Quién Eres Profesional con 2 a 5 años de experiencia en visita médica. Formación académica en áreas relacionadas con la salud o ventas. Experiencia comprobable en promoción de productos farmacéuticos. Alta facilidad de comunicación y sólidas habilidades comerciales. Orientación al logro y fuerte interés en el desarrollo profesional. Capacidad de auto-capacitación y aprendizaje continuo. Manejo de herramientas Office. Conocimiento de Power BI, DDD y Close Up (deseable).
