Our REJIS Operations Center (ROC) team works in our state-of-the art facility which provides a secure location for REJIS and customer equipment and data. Our Computer Operators successfully monitor the availability of REJIS-supported services and equipment and effectively manage the communications and proper support escalations to ensure high service availability. We are an essential business supporting law enforcement and local St. Louis organizations with critical infrastructures that require availability and monitoring 24X7. We provide training covering the technology and business processes for this position. This position requires a physical presence, on-site in our data center. The schedule is a 12-hour shift on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday and a ½ day (6-hour shift) on Wednesday, with 3+ weeks’ vacation. This is a swing shift position and will alternate between day and night shifts.
