This position is for our San Croix property, which is a premiere apartment community in Las Vegas, with a design, construction, and management team that has earned a reputation for providing a high-quality lifestyle for their residents. Position Requirements: One year with professional apartment management firm or equivalent experience. Strong knowledge of HVAC Working knowledge of grounds/common areas Appliance repairs, service requests and apartment preparation Able to attend on-call after hour emergencies at least 3 days out of the week. Attend all Ovation Property Management maintenance training Working weekends will be required/ must have reliable transportation Drug Testing required and background check is mandatory Dependable, punctual, proactive and must work well with others Enthusiastic and with positive attitude Required Certifications: Universal HVAC EPA certification CPO (swimming pool) certified within 90 days of employment. Company will pay for testing if you are not currently certified. Driver's License (Preferred) HVAC Certification (Preferred) Schedule: 8-hour shift Weekends as needed Salary: $21/hr Property Address: San Croix 8000 W Spring Mountain Road Las Vegas, NV 89117 Company Benefits: In addition to your salary, you will have access to these comprehensive benefits: Rent discount – Employee rent discount after 90 days.
