We’re looking for an eCommerce Trading Manager to join our growing eCommerce team at NEXT and take the lead in driving the Seraphine brand forward! The UK Trading team fuels UK growth by optimising online product sales on Next.co.uk across Womenswear, Menswear, Childrenswear and Home. They drive exciting product launches and strategic promotions to maximise sales and brand visibility. About the Role: As an eCommerce Trading Manager for Seraphine, you will manage the brand like a business in its own right - driving forward trading, marketing and all other touch points across eCommerce teams. You are the key brand advocate within the Next eCommerce team and help set the direction for optimising Seraphine performance and driving incremental sales growth through commercial and product knowledge. What else is involved? Working closely with the Brand business owner to set and deliver strategy, continually reviewing key online metrics, sales and customer insight to drive decision making and priorities. Creating and executing marketing plans both on and offsite, in collaboration with product teams and cross functional teams across the eCommerce department. Being immersed in the Seraphine customer mindset. Establishing trends, reviewing purchase behaviour and identifying opportunities for enhancements across Marketing, Search & Navigation and Product pages. This includes both small, yet incremental, changes, as well as concepts for wider scale innovations, leveraging strong e-commerce expertise. Utilising a variety of eCommerce platforms to directly manage onsite elements such as search banners, SEO copy, landing pages, attribution, and product boosting. Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, as the key point of contact for Seraphine’s online presence. Confidently presenting weekly sales performance updates and in-week insights as well as regular updates on wider e-commerce developments. Staying updated with key Brand moments and product launches, maximising opportunities for success using your strong commercial knowledge. You’ll be doing all this from our Leicestershire Head Office.
