Job Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a critical role in attracting and recruiting top talent to Osler and as such, supporting our corporate strategic plan. You will build positive relationships with leaders and hiring managers, drawing on your knowledge and expertise to develop effective sourcing strategies to find top talent. You manage the recruitment of healthcare professionals by sourcing, prescreening, interviewing and matching exceptional candidates in a high volume unionized environment to positions at Osler.
