ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Healthcare Assistant to lead and support our care team in delivering exceptional, person-centred care. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our residents receive the respect, dignity, and attention they deserve while creating a warm and supportive environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and support the care team during your shift.
• Prioritise and delegate tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide high-quality personal care, tailored to each resident’s needs.
• Promote independence, choice, and dignity at all times.
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Ensure care plans and records are accurate and up to date.
