OVERVIEW

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated healthcare workers to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to individuals in various settings, including assisted living, home care, hospice care, and nursing homes. This role is vital in ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of care and support, particularly for those with dementia or other age-related challenges. As a healthcare worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals in need.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in assisted living, home care, hospice care, or nursing homes is preferred but not essential.
• Familiarity with dementia care practices is advantageous.
• A background as a nurse or in senior care will be beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
• A valid driving licence is preferred for transporting clients when necessary.

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

• Engage clients in meaningful activities to enhance their mental and emotional well-being.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients at all times.
• Drive clients to appointments or social outings as required.
