Our Support Workers are meticulously trained to ensure the utmost safety for our service users working with their wider network including family, peers and medical professionals to provide the highest quality service.
Our Service Users all have complex healthcare needs and therefore this candidate will be happy to undertake extensive in-house and online training. This person will be able to complete moving and handling tasks with ease and have a ‘hands on’ and ‘can do’ attitude.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven Complex care experience desirable
• Ability to manage medication administration
• Valid driver’s license for transportation needs desirable
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: £13.50-£14.00 per hour

We have clients residing within the Norwich area who require support at home.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Personal care
• Clinical Intervention management
• Social interaction
• Completion of daily recording paperwork
• Reporting safeguarding concerns
• Excellent communication with the Nurse Lead and Care coordinator
