Cognitive Behavioural Therapist - Weight Management We are looking for a behavioural expert to support the lifestyle and habit-change elements of our weight management service. This role is suited to a CBT-trained practitioner with experience in weight management (GLP-1's) and behaviour change. The focus is not formal therapy, but clear, practical guidance for patients using GLP-1 medications. The role combines expert insight with on-camera and content duties, helping us strengthen the behavioural component of our messaging. Key responsibilities • Act as a named behavioural expert, including a professional profile and use of image in patient-facing channels. • Participate in short video content, including clips used for paid advertising on platforms such as Meta and YouTube, as well as expert Q&As and other materials across marketing, CRM and social. • Provide guidance on behaviour change, habit building, mindset, and lifestyle routines relevant to GLP-1 treatment. • Review and advise on articles, emails and scripts to ensure behavioural accuracy and practical relevance. • Offer limited expert input to help test and refine behavioural touchpoints in the patient journey. Requirements • Background in CBT. • Experience supporting individuals with weight management goals (GLP-1's). • Comfortable appearing in short video content, including content repurposed for paid advertising. • Willing to build and maintain a public facing expert profile via social and other patient-facing channels. • Confident communicator, comfortable on camera. • Able to translate behavioural principles into simple, actionable advice. • Available either 2 full days or 4 half days a month on a contractor basis. Rate of £300 - £350 per day. Location: You must be base in Central Scotland and able to commute to our Glasgow office G40. Please note that we are unable to offer sponsorship for this position.
