• Deliver comprehensive assessments and clinical recommendations to support mobility, transfers, and daily living.
• Provide therapy that promotes falls prevention, pain management, arthritic care, and skin integrity.
• Create individualised therapy programs and lead group-based active ageing sessions.
• Work closely with facility staff to review care plans and adjust therapy as residents’ needs evolve.
