Membre important de l'équipe métier Ouihelp, le/la conseiller/ère juridique est un des piliers de la qualité de service ressentie par les bénéficiaires et leur famille, ainsi qu'un soutien primordial aux responsables de secteur. Tes missions : Accompagnement juridique de la vie du contrat Disciplinaire - ruptures de contrat Santé au travail Arrêts maladie / accident du travail / maladie professionnelle / Congé maternité - Affiliation à la médecine du travail / organisation des visites médicales Les litiges/incidents Gestion de sinistres - situations inquiétantes - litiges et contentieux Accompagnement juridique des agences / AVS / bénéficiaires Affichage obligatoire - veille juridique - conseil juridique Vous serez responsable de l’accompagnement d’un nombre d’agences définies auprès desquelles vous devrez faire un point chaque mois afin d’assurer le suivi des missions qui vous seront confiées. Profil recherché Connaissances juridiques en Droit du travail, notamment concernant les procédures de fins de contrats. Connaissance et intérêt pour les métiers des services à la personne et des auxiliaires de vie et bénéficiaires serait un plus. Etre à l’aise au téléphone et assurer une écoute permanente active, attentive et bienveillante. Passion pour la mission de Ouihelp d’améliorer le quotidien de 2 millions de Français en perte d’autonomie. Compétences rédactionnelles.
