• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Help with food handling and storage, ensuring all items are properly labeled and stored according to food safety guidelines.
• Support the team in organizing the kitchen workspace for optimal efficiency during busy service periods.
• Follow all health and safety regulations related to food preparation and handling.
• Participate in inventory management by assisting with stock rotation and reporting low inventory levels.
• Assist in cleaning up after meal service, including sweeping and mopping floors as needed.
