We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) / Field Supervisor to join us on a contract basis. This role is perfect for an RN who is retired or nearing retirement and still wants to make a meaningful impact—without the demands of a full-time hospital or facility schedule. Position Summary The RN/Field Supervisor is responsible for developing individualized care plans, supervising caregivers, providing initial and ongoing client assessments, and ensuring high standards of care are maintained. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-home client assessments within 72 hours of an initial inquiry. Develop, implement, and revise care plans in collaboration with clients and families. Complete supervisory visits every 90 days. Supervise caregivers and conduct training at onboarding. Perform client and caregiver check-in calls to ensure satisfaction and proper care delivery. Provide oversight for Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Companions, and Sitters, including evaluations. Participate in ongoing quality improvement and staff support activities. Review caregivers’ care logs and sign off monthly. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Current Georgia RN license (required). Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (home health or hospital setting). Able to provide Hoyer Lift training. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
