Deine Aufgaben
Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung und Unterstützung im operativen und administrativen Tagesgeschäft
Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme organisatorischer Arbeitsprozesse
Verantwortung der Terminplanung und -koordination der Geschäftsführung
Planung und Koordination von Dienstreisen und Meetings sowie deren inhaltliche Vor- und Nachbereitung
Allgemeine telefonische und schriftliche Korrespondenz als wichtige interne und externe Schnittstelle im Unternehmen
