Assess student progress and provide tailored feedback to enhance learning outcomes. Incorporate various teaching methodologies and resources to support diverse learning styles. Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a positive learning community. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field. Teaching certification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) required, QTS, PGCE, US teaching license is preferred. Experience teaching ESL to elementary school students. Strong understanding of child development and language acquisition principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging students and their families. Creative and adaptable teaching approach to cater to different learning needs.
