The appointees will be responsible mainly for the following: Handling general enquiries and registration from participants; Assisting with the crowd control and ushering during the event; Supporting registration for the conference and afternoon workshop sessions; and Providing logistic support for the event, including the rehearsal (e.g. venue set-up, distribution of materials, and dismantling e.t.c.).
