Performing preventive maintenance of various types of commercial HVAC equipment to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly is the primary responsibility of the Preventive Maintenance Helper. Types of equipment include air handlers and VAV systems. You may also assist workers and journeyman by performing general duties of lesser skill, such as keeping them supplied with materials and tools; holding materials and tools; and cleaning working area, machines, or equipment. The ideal EMI HVAC Helper performs any task as instructed while following all health and safety standards. Salary $22.52/ hr. plus $14.75 fringe benefits used towards insurance and 401k!
