Maintenance and Housekeeping Experience at a commercial and residential facilities. Driver's License and Vehicle required. SPECIFIC DUTIES:  Corporate Sites: 1. General Cleaning: 1. Clean and disinfect office spaces, conference rooms, and shared areas. 1. Dust and wipe down equipment, including screens, remotes, and projectors. 2. Reorganize furniture to the standard layout.  2. Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, counters, shelves and furniture. 3. Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors daily. Spot-clean entryways and lobbies throughout the day to address heavy foot traffic. 4. Organize and straighten up shared office items (i.e. chairs, desks). 2. Restroom Maintenance: 1. Sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies (soap, paper towels, and tissue). 2. Ensure restrooms are fully stocked and in clean, operable condition at all times. 3. Clean and disinfect toilets, urinals, sinks, and countertops. 4. Polish mirrors and chrome fixtures. 5. Mop restroom floors with disinfectant and ensure they are dry to prevent slipping. 3. Breakrooms and Kitchens 1. Clean countertops, sinks, and tabletops. 2. Wipe down appliances, including microwaves, refrigerators, and coffee machines. 3. On a rotational schedule clean inside appliances and dispose of expired or no longer working content 4. Empty trash cans and replace liners. 5. Sweep and mop floors to remove food or drink spills 4. Reception and Lobby Areas 1. Dust and clean furniture, decorative items, and reception desks. 2. Vacuum or mop floors to maintain a welcoming appearance. 3. Clean glass doors, partitions, and windows to remove fingerprints and smudges. 5. Waste Management: 1. Collect trash and recycling from individual offices, meeting rooms, and common areas. 2. Empty trash and recycling bins and transport them to designated disposal areas. 3. Replace liners and clean trash receptacles as needed. 6. Special Tasks: 1. Assist with light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or restocking janitorial supplies. 2. Support event setups or breakdowns, including arranging tables and chairs. 3. Clean outdoor areas near entrances, including walkways or steps. 4. Perform a walk-through of the site to identify priority cleaning areas.  5. Maintain records of cleaning schedules and tasks completed. 6. From time to time support facilities within the FMX ticketing software to address custodial issues. 7. Health and Safety: 1. Follow cleaning protocols to maintain compliance with workplace hygiene standards and safety protocols. 2. Identify and report potential hazards, such as spills or equipment malfunctions.  3. Ensure familiarity with emergency exits and protocols for fire alarms, power outages, or flooding. 4. Ensure cleaning materials will be safely stored in a locked area with their original label on the product when not in use   Residential Sites: 1.  Common Areas: 1. Provide deep cleaning and emergency support to Residential Sites, case by case.  2.  Vacant Units: 1. Deep-clean vacant units to prepare for new tenants. A. Other related duties as assigned. B. Follow proper practices and procedures  C. Follow cleaning schedules and be flexible in programmatic needs
