Responsibilities ·       Service & Installation o   Perform all service, installations, and scheduled maintenance efficiently and effectively, in line with company procedures. o   Diagnose faulty equipment and apply knowledge of functional operation of units and systems to identify the extent and cause of malfunction. o   Assess installation job sites, evaluating unit functionality and system operations to identify and address potential installation challenges. o   Maintain records of all service work and repairs performed in line with company procedures.
