JOB OVERVIEW

High River Toyota is growing to soon become Okotoks Toyota in early 2026. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to join our team and contribute to the success of High River Toyota and our future store by maintaining efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Automotive sales. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to develop effective marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in Automotive sales, with a focus on emerging technology and e-commerce sales.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Proficiency in ActiviX or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
