Description du poste Le garçon de table participera aux différents services offerts par les restaurants, selon les horaires suivants : Service du soir au restaurant Le Champlain (début des quarts de travail à 16 h 00) Service du petit déjeuner du Champlain, servi au Dufferin (début des quarts de travail à 6 h 00) Service du thé de l’après-midi (début des quarts de travail à 13 h 30) Les horaires peuvent varier en fonction de l’achalandage. Offrir un service professionnel, chaleureux et personnalisé en répondant aux besoins des clients, anticiper leurs attentes, et maintenir une communication fluide avec la cuisine pour transmettre les informations pertinentes. Maîtriser parfaitement la carte des mets et boissons, les vins, cocktails et promotions, et être capable de conseiller les clients et faire des recommandations en fonction de leurs préférences.
