A positive and proactive approach and an ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good time management and organizational skills. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items. Culinary school diploma or relevant certification is a plus. Minimum 1-year previous experience in a fine dining establishment or similar. Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are needed.
