YOUR ROLE ON THE TEAM:

As the first point of contact, you are the face of our restaurant! You’ll set the tone for the entire guest experience. We’re looking for hosts who can master the flow of a busy, elevated dining room and are eager to grow.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently, especially during high-volume periods.
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to guest inquiries about the menu and restaurant.
• For Lead Hosts: Take ownership of the dining room flow, support the management team, and mentor junior hosts.
• Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and host area.
