Starting Rate: $16.89 per hour We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $17.89. Job Duties Include: Provide exceptional service to all Guests in a variety of settings including plated and buffet banquets for breakfast, lunch and dinner, working lunches, coffee breaks, cocktail receptions, formal events, and off-site catering events. Set event spaces according to Banquet Event Orders, client specifications and service standards. And tear down and clean up following banquet functions. Offer a high level of product knowledge and follow up on all Guest inquiries. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Your Skills & Qualifications: Must have Pro-Serve Certification. 2 years previous serving experience preferred. Bartending, cash handling and previous Silverware point of sale system experience is an asset. Schedule flexibility, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays, etc. for 3-12 hour shifts.
