JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Counter Assistant to join our team. • Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment.
• Experience with food preparation and kitchen duties is a plus.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a clean workspace.

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for processing transactions.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the counter area, kitchen, and dining space.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines.
• Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
