Nous recherchons actuellement un Chef de Partie (CDP) pour rejoindre notre brigade et contribuer à l’excellence qui fait la réputation de Lola Rosa dans la cuisine végétale.
Aperçu du poste
En tant que Chef de Partie, vous serez responsable de gérer une station précise en cuisine avec efficacité, rigueur et créativité. Vous soutiendrez le Sous-Chef et le Chef exécutif dans le maintien des standards élevés, la constance et le leadership. Votre station sera votre « mini-cuisine », où votre organisation et votre esprit d’initiative permettront à toute l’équipe d’offrir une expérience culinaire exceptionnelle à nos invités.

Vos responsabilités

  • Préparer et assembler les plats selon nos recettes et standards de qualité.
  • Assurer la préparation des ingrédients (légumes, sauces, garnitures, etc.) pour la cuisine.
  • Maintenir un espace de travail propre et organisé, en respectant les normes sanitaires et de sécurité alimentaire.
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe de cuisine et FOH pour assurer un service efficace et constant, en particulier pendant les périodes de forte affluence.
  • Participer à la rotation des tâches en cuisine pour soutenir le flux opérationnel quotidien.
  • Gestion des stocks et de la qualité & fraicheur des ingrédients et matières premières.
  • Assurer le soutien d’équipe et être à l’écoute de l’équipe de cuisine afin de permettre à tous de travailler dans les meilleurs conditions.
  • Assister le chef de cuisine dans les tâches administratives et organisationnelles

Profil recherché

  • Expérience préalable comme Chef de Partie, cuisinier de ligne ou poste équivalent en cuisine dynamique.
  • Passion pour la cuisine végétale (expérience en cuisine végane un atout, mais non obligatoire — l’envie d’apprendre est essentielle !).
  • Sens du travail d’équipe, fiabilité et leadership.
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression tout en maintenant une grande attention aux détails.
  • Connaissance des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité en cuisine.
  • Flexibilité pour travailler le soir, les fins de semaine et durant les périodes de pointe.

We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our kitchen team and contribute to the excellence that makes Lola Rosa a reference in plant-based dining.
Role Overview
As a Chef de Partie, you’ll be responsible for running a specific station in the kitchen with efficiency, precision, and creativity. You’ll assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in maintaining high culinary standards, ensuring consistency, and leading by example. Your station will be your “mini-kitchen,” where your leadership and organization will help the whole team deliver outstanding food and guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and oversee your assigned station (hot, cold, prep, etc.) during service.
  • Ensure dishes leaving your section meet Lola Rosa’s quality, taste, and presentation standards.
  • Train and support junior cooks and apprentices at your station.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, respecting hygiene and food safety rules at all times.
  • Contribute to prep work and mise en place to ensure smooth service.
  • Collaborate with the Sous Chef on recipe development and menu evolution.
  • Monitor stock levels, minimize waste, and communicate supply needs to the kitchen manager.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Line Cook, or equivalent role in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Passion for plant-based cuisine (experience with vegan cooking is a strong asset, but not mandatory—willingness to learn is key!).
  • Strong sense of teamwork, reliability, and leadership.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and maintain high attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
