As a Food & Beverage Representative, you will increase guest loyalty by building a client network and promoting events and products. • Take orders, prepare/cook food, and serve both food and beverages accurately within time guidelines.
• Proper preparation and presentation of food with strict adherence to food safety standards
• Assist with inventory and putting orders away
• Handle payments through the company’s point-of-sale equipment adhering to the company policies
• Handle packaging of all take-out orders
• Maintain a high level of customer service
• Constantly monitors the cleanliness and aesthetics of the dining and kitchen areas and takes action where required, including assisting patrons with menu items
• Adhere to departmental quality standards
• Perform other related duties as assigned
