Descrição do emprego A Herdade da Malhadinha Nova – Relais & Châteaux, localizada em Albernoa, no concelho de Beja, encontra-se a recrutar para a posição de Técnico de enoturismo (m/f) Função Apoiar na receção e acolhimento de Clientes/ visitantes; Garantir a gestão e/ou acompanhamento de visitas guiadas à propriedade e assegurar a preparação e realização de provas de vinhos; Realizar a gestão e supervisão operacional da loja; Garantir e assegurar o cumprimento de procedimentos standards e níveis de serviço definidos, designadamente, decoração de espaços, produto/ stocks e serviço ao cliente; Preparar e executar iniciativas de enoturismo, de acordo com o plano anual de atividades; Proceder à faturação de serviços, em loja ou em backoffice, efetuando o report da performance das vendas e das atividades; Coordenar e desenvolver a equipa, promovendo formação regular, de forma a proporcionar um atendimento adequado e profissional ao Cliente; Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos, procedimentos e ferramentas disponíveis para a execução de iniciativas de enoturismo; Participar em eventos, campanhas e atividades de promoção, sempre que requisitados. Habilitações Formação em Turismo, Enoturismo, Enologia ou similar; Experiência profissional na função (fator preferencial); Conhecimentos na área dos vinhos/ produção de vinhos; Conhecimentos de MSOffice e de softwares de gestão, nomeadamente Host, Artsoft (ou similar); Domínio de Inglês (fator obrigatório) e outras línguas (fator preferencial); Forte orientação para o cliente para os detalhes; Facilidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal; Dinamismo, iniciativa e capacidade de antecipação e resolução de problemas.
