Descrição do emprego Garantir a supervisão rigorosa de todas as reservas diretas e indiretas, assegurando qualidade, rentabilidade e conformidade com os procedimentos do Mama Shelter. Procuramos um/a Supervisor/a de Reservas, com forte perfil operacional, espírito de equipa e atenção ao detalhe, para supervisionar o dia a dia do departamento de Reservas no Mama Shelter Lisbon. Reportando diretamente à Diretora de Vendas, serás responsável pela supervisão da operação diária de reservas, liderando um Agente de Reservas e assegurando a correta gestão de reservas individuais e de grupos. Principais responsabilidades: Supervisionar todas as reservas diretas e indiretas (website, telefone, e-mail e OTAs). Acompanhar diariamente o fluxo de reservas no OPERA, garantindo exatidão de dados, tarifas, condições e pagamentos. Supervisionar reservas provenientes de OTAs (ex.: Booking, Expedia), assegurando correta aplicação de tarifas, políticas e condições contratuais. Controlar e validar comissões, faturação e possíveis discrepâncias, em articulação com os departamentos envolvidos. Assegurar o respeito pela paridade tarifária e identificar eventuais inconsistências. Gerir e supervisionar reservas individuais e de grupos, garantindo tempos de resposta adequados e qualidade no serviço. Analisar reservas de forma crítica, identificando reservas habituais, padrões, erros recorrentes ou oportunidades comerciais. Rever reservas do dia anterior e preparar chegadas VIP e especiais, em coordenação com as equipas operacionais. Trabalhar de forma próxima com o Agente de Reservas, promovendo teamwork, acompanhamento diário e desenvolvimento contínuo. Garantir o cumprimento rigoroso dos procedimentos internos e dos standards da marca. Manter a equipa informada sobre novidades do hotel, alterações operacionais, campanhas e promoções. Apoiar a Diretora de Vendas com relatórios operacionais, acompanhamento de performance e tarefas administrativas, sempre que necessário. Adotar uma postura comercial, apoiando a estratégia de vendas e identificando oportunidades de upselling. Assegurar a confidencialidade e segurança da informação de hóspedes e colaboradores.
