Descrição do emprego O Bagageiro é um dos primeiros pontos de contacto entre o hóspede e o hotel, assumindo um papel fundamental na criação de uma primeira impressão de luxo e hospitalidade. A função consiste em receber, acompanhar e transportar as bagagens dos hóspedes de forma segura, eficiente e discreta, garantindo que o serviço está alinhado com os padrões de um hotel de 5 estrelas. Responsabilidades principais Dar as boas‑vindas aos hóspedes na chegada e apoiar o check‑in, prestando um atendimento caloroso e profissional. Transportar bagagens desde o carro / entrada do hotel até ao quarto e, na partida, até à viatura ou estacionamento, com total cuidado. Armazenar e gerir temporariamente bagagens (early check‑in / late check‑out) em local designado, mantendo o registo adequado. Garantir que a zona de entrada do hotel, hall e área de bagagens estão sempre limpas, organizadas e acolhedoras. Orientar hóspedes dentro do hotel (quartos, SPA, restaurantes, piscina, etc.) e prestar informações básicas sobre serviços e localidades. Auxiliar na coordenação com front‑office, concierge, valet e room service, especialmente em chegadas/delays/late check‑outs. Ajudar nos pedidos especiais de hóspedes (ex.: transporte de encomendas, materiais de eventos, cadeiras de rodas, etc.). Tratar com profissionalismo e rapidez qualquer situação de insatisfação ou atraso ligado ao transporte de bagagens. Habilitações Requisitos Experiência mínima de 1–2 anos em funções de bagageiro ou atendimento em hotéis de 4/5 estrelas é valorizada. Formação em Hotelaria, Turismo ou experiência comprovada em serviço ao público de alto nível. Fluente em Português; conhecimento de Inglês é obrigatório (mais idiomas são um diferencial). Boa capacidade física (carregar e mover bagagens com peso moderado, permanecer em pé durante longos períodos). Postura impecável, simpatia, discrição e orientação para o serviço em ambiente de luxo. Requires at least 6 months of experience in a similar role with fluency in Portuguese and English. A hotel school diploma and previous experience in 4 or 5-star hotels are considered assets.
