Key Responsibilities Assist German-speaking clients with travel and hospitality inquiries. Provide expert advice on travel options, accommodations, and hospitality services tailored to client needs. Maintain detailed and updated records of client interactions and bookings in the CRM system. Stay informed on latest travel and hospitality trends to deliver high-quality service options. Exceptional fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required. A minimum of B2 in English is mandatory. Experience in travel and hospitality customer care or related fields is preferred.
