Job Description Operation over a multi-site contract with additional off-site locations, the role will lend itself to someone who has the ability to innovate and implement unique concepts across a variety of locations from traditional canteen style offerings, coffee shops, jiffy vans, grab and go locations and everything in between. Supported by a strong management team the ideal candidate would be able to identify and capitalise on niche markets while implementing current high street trends to supplement the current offering. In addition, the candidate will be ultimately responsible for the day to day running of the estate and maintaining performance of the contract against targeted KPI’s. This is a very exciting time to join the programme with a number of new opportunities in the pipeline providing ways to increase turnover and put your own personal stamp on the catering service and the expectation is that the successful candidate will run this as their own business ultimately in control of all finances and operational decisions. This is a mainly a Monday – Friday, breakfast and lunch operation, however some weekend and evening work will be expected with flexible working hours required, with expansion in services this may change in the future.
