Your primary responsibilities will include: Welcome guests and visitors from around the world, building relationships with new and returning guests and creating an atmosphere of genuine conviviality. Ensure accuracy and professionalism with information. Be present and visible in the lobby, easily identifiable by guests, and anticipate their needs by promptly responding to queries and requests. Work closely with a fantastic team, fostering positive relationships with other departments, including Housekeeping and maintenance.. Qualifications As a Hotel Staff, you will... Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit. Meet and greet our customers and check them into their hotel room upon arrival. Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
