    We’re working with a well-established, quality-driven restaurant located in a beautiful village just outside Reading. This venue has built a strong reputation for its fresh, seasonal menus, attention to detail, and consistently high standards.
    They are now looking for a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join a strong team and maintain the consistency and reputation that has been built.
Responsibilities
  • Working closely with the Head Chef and wider F&B team to ensure smooth daily service
  • Supporting with menu execution, prep and service, maintaining presentation and portion standards
  • Leading sections of the kitchen and stepping up in the Head Chef’s absence
  • Helping to manage kitchen flow during busy periods, including occasional private events or functions
  • Bringing enthusiasm, professionalism, and a can-do approach to a lively, close-knit team
