We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage supervisor to join our team. As the Food and Beverage Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all food and beverage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling procedures
- Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance the dining experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in food and beverage management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent bartending skills with the ability to create a variety of cocktails
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food production and preparation
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team of employees
- Culinary background or cooking experience is a plus
