M.C. Kelly is a catering butcher and fine foods supplier based in the heart of Mid Devon, providing produce to the local catering and retail industry.
We are currently looking for a Quality Control Manager who takes a hands-on approach to their work and is pro-active with great attention to detail to join our team.

The role would consist of:

• Ensuring all practices comply to food safety management systems & legislation.
• Completing any relevant documents for all checks and recordings taken
• Verifying tasks and constant monitoring of premises, procedures, and product quality
• Identifying and reporting any non-conformance to management
• Preparing and assist maintaining for external audits & accreditation
• Visual checks on our products, packaging and labeling to guarantee they’re at a high standard

Candidates will need HACCP level 4 or equivalent, good IT skills are required.
Must have the right to work in the UK.
Monday - Friday FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS 10-15 hours per week.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £14.00-£17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
