Join the Wasabi Team! We are looking for a friendly, motivated candidate with excellent communication skills.
Pay: $15+ an hour (this includes tips.)
Looking for full time availability (must have day time availability). The perfect candidate for us is a motivated team player who always puts the guest first.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
·Greet incoming and departing Guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact; escort them to assigned dining area; present menus; announce waiter’s name
·Bussing and setting tables.
·Answering phones to take reservations and to-go orders.
·Receive payments by validating credit charges, accepting currency, calculating and issuing change for to-go orders
·Manage the flow of guests into the Dining and Bar areas, provide accurate wait times to incoming guests if appropriate
·Staying up to date with specials, hours of operation as well as take-out and ordering procedures.
·Restocking to- go section
·Tidying restrooms and other common areas
Must be able to:
·Walk and stand for prolonged amounts of time.
·Carry trays or supplies (10-30 lbs.)
·Clearly communicate guests needs to servers, management and kitchen staff.
·Reach, bend, stoop and wipe
·Thrive in a fast-paced environment
·Effectively communicate on the telephone.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
