KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain up-to-date payer contracts and fee schedules for customer accounts.
• Perform data discovery and entry tasks, including formatting spreadsheets and accurately modeling fee schedules in Rivet’s software.
• Read, interpret, and understand payer contract terms.
• Quickly complete task lists and provide timely updates on progress.
• Deliver high-quality, detail-oriented work to ensure account readiness.
• Communicate with customers about the details of their payer contracts.
