Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies. Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. Respond urgently and appropriately to guests’ and coworkers’ needs. Exhibit a professional appearance and mannerisms. Ensure guests are enjoying their experience and take action to correct any problems. Protect establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies. Concludes the guest experience by acknowledging choice of establishment and inviting patrons to return. Complete assigned sidework at the beginning, during, and at end of shift.
