The Respiratory Therapist (RT) is responsible for providing safe, effective, evidence based and comprehensive Respiratory Therapy services to QEHC patients. Provide cardiopulmonary services to the neonatal, pediatric and adult patients established by the attending Physician. Conduct initial assessment of the patient with coordination with the supervising Physician. Competently perform a safe and therapeutic respiratory care services as indicated for the all patients in order to achieve accurate and quality results based on clinical guidelines and policy established by the regulating department. Assures continuation of therapeutic plan by designing home exercise programs and recommending assistive equipment(s).
