Der Deutsche Hilfsbund (DEHIB) baut eine professionelle, leistungsfähige Ehrenamtsstruktur auf, die bundesweit, digital und strategisch gesteuert ist. Menschen, Kultur und Organisationsentwicklung sind dabei kein Nebenbereich, sondern eine zentrale Steuerungsfunktion. Der Chief People Officer verantwortet die personelle Architektur des Verbandes auf C-Level-Ebene und berichtet unmittelbar an den Bundesvorstand. Ziel der Funktion ist der Aufbau eines belastbaren Systems für Gewinnung, Führung, Entwicklung und Bindung ehrenamtlich tätiger Persönlichkeiten sowie die Etablierung einer klaren, leistungsorientierten und wertebasierten Organisationskultur. Hinweis: Die Tätigkeit ist ehrenamtlich, unvergütet und begründet kein Beschäftigungsverhältnis. Sie eignet sich für verschiedene Lebensphasen, auch begleitend zu einer Anstellung, und dient neben der intrinstischen Motivation möglicherweise der persönlichen und fachlichen Weiterentwicklung. Aufgaben Gesamtverantwortung für People, Culture und Organisationsentwicklung auf Verbandsebene Strategischer Aufbau und Steuerung der Ehrenamtsarchitektur des DEHIB Entwicklung von Strukturen für Recruiting, Auswahl, Mandatierung und Onboarding Konzeption und Aufbau von Fortbildungs- und Entwicklungsformaten für Ehrenamtliche Definition und Durchsetzung von Kultur-, Leistungs- und Integritätsstandards Sparring des Bundesvorstands in allen personellen und organisationsbezogenen Fragen Strukturierung von Gremien, Ausschüssen und Mandatsarbeit gemäß GVP Qualifikation Erfahrung in HR, People & Culture, Organisationsentwicklung oder Leadership Strategisches Denken und Fähigkeit, tragfähige Strukturen aufzubauen Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Belastbarkeit und Durchhaltevermögen Ausgeprägte intrinsische Motivation und Verständnis für ehrenamtliche Arbeit auf Top-Niveau Verlässlichkeit, Klarheit und Umsetzungsstärke Bereitschaft, Verantwortung auch in Aufbau- und Übergangsphasen zu übernehmen Benefits C-Level-Ehrenamt gemäß Geschäftsverteilungsplan des DEHIB Direkte Berichtslinie an den Bundesvorstand Vollständig remote organisiert Zeitlicher Einsatz ca. 5–8 Stunden pro Woche Langfristig angelegte strategische Rolle
