As the Assistant Director at Goodstart Kedron you’ll leverage your expertise and leadership to inspire and motivate your centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations. Collaborate with our dedicated leadership team, forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and actively engage with the local community networks.
Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director’s absence
Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide
About Goodstart Capalaba, Almara Street
Goodstart Capalaba, Almara Street is a purpose-built centre, caring for children from 6 weeks of age through to 5 years of age. Our Centre features five rooms catering to different age groups, including a Qld Government Approved Kindergarten Program led by a Bachelor qualified ECT. Our outdoor spaces include beautiful gardens, a rockery, a waterway, sandpit and bike track, promoting environmental awareness and sustainability. We have a team of qualified and passionate educator and a supportive Centre Director.
